PAYMENT POLICY:
Princessa's Studio & Art Gallery requires full payment in advance to secure all reservations. If you prefer not to pay online, please call the studio at 716.222.2204 or visit us in person.

NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed events, scheduling conflicts, weather-related conditions, low attendance, failure of an event to meet expectations, or unforeseen or tragic events.

If you are renting the studio or hosting an event, it is the responsibility of the event host or organizer to properly advertise and promote their event. Princessa's Studio & Art Gallery provides the venue only and is not responsible for marketing, promotion, ticket sales, attendance, or the success of any hosted event.

By completing your purchase or reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

CUSTOM PAINT KITS:
Paint kits are available for purchase for a more intimate at-home painting experience. Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for customized orders. Email PrincessasArtGallery@gmail.com or call 716.222.2204 with your desired image and customization details.
